Life drawing to me is an antidote to the daily digital grind of being a graphic designer. It is a discipline that encompasses line, form, perspective, composition and colour, and is rather good fun as well.

The pieces are primarily drawn in soluble graphite on handmade paper then painted over with watercolour. Each piece takes no more than 30 minutes.

The constant difficulty is finding a model that inspires, but to date I've been pretty lucky.

Most of the originals are for sale. Commissions undertaken.
